Returns

  1. Return Period
    • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. Eligibility for Returns
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    • Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
      • Custom or personalized items
      • Gift cards
  4. Return Process
    • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@afiandmecreations.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
    • Pack the item(s) securely and include your original receipt or proof of purchase in the package.
  5. Return Shipping Costs
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  6. Processing Refunds:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  7. Late or Missing Refunds:
    • If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, first check your bank account again.
    • Then, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  8. Exchanging Items:
    • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at hello@afiandmecreations.com with your order details.
    • We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on how to return the original item.
  9. Defective or Damaged Items:
    • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@afiandmecreations.com with photos and details of the defect or damage.
    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
